uni-assist account guide for students from Pakistan

How to handle an existing uni-assist account, create a new one safely, verify email, and avoid duplicate applicant records.

Check before creating an account

If you have used uni-assist before, keep using the existing applicant account. Search your email for earlier uni-assist messages and try password recovery before starting another registration. A previous account may contain applications, uploaded documents, messages, or VPD records that you still need.

If you already have an account

Confirm the exact email attached to the account and test that you can sign in. Do not send your email-inbox password to an adviser or application service. If Studyssey is managing your application, connect only the portal credentials through the protected Portal Setup flow.

  • Use the portal email even when it differs from your Studyssey login.
  • Review existing applications before allowing new information to be added.
  • Use the official password-reset process if the password no longer works.

If you need a new account

Register with a personal email address you expect to keep. Email confirmation links and one-time codes belong to you: open the link yourself or enter the short-lived code in the requested verification step. CAPTCHA and ambiguous portal questions should pause for human review rather than being guessed.

Before submission

Check your name, date of birth, education history, programme, intake, uploaded documents, and fee summary. Portal preparation and final submission are different actions; keep the receipt or confirmation shown after the final step.
